Am nächsten morgen stellen wir das Infomobile in eine kleine Entfernung von Eingang des Lagers und warten auf Mr.O.
Es kommen Gruppen von Menschen an uns vorbei, gucken uns mit Interesse. So ein Auto kenne die meisten aus ihre flucht wahrscheinlich.
4 Afghanen gehen vorbei Richtung Bushaltestelle, ich frage sie auf griechisch ob sie griechisch sprechen. Alle kommen zurück und reden griechisch.
Abhauen
Der eine lebte in Kifissia ein Vorort von Athen in dem Haushalt von jemand der 62 Hunde hatte und hat als Mädchen für alles gearbeitet. Der andere der ein Calas ist war in Argos
Der dritte in Miitlini und hat da gearbeitet, der vierte war 1 halb Jahr in Debrecen. Sie sind grade dabei von Debrecen abzuhauen, deswegen sind sie auch gut angezogen, weg ohne nix Richtung ungewiss...Wir tauschen Telefon Nummern und w2eu.info Karten für die schwierige entscheidungsfindung der Richtung. Auch wenn wir alle wissen das es oft eher der Zufall ist der die Entscheidung für einen trifft.
Es gibt etwa 150-200 Afghanen im Debrecen camp und etwa 300 im Gefängnisse in Ungarn.
Gezwungen lügen zu unterschreiben
Jetzt erfahren wir das die 6 somalische Freunde von Mr.O vor 2 tage freigelassen worden sind nr.6 ist schon nach Griechenland abgeschoben und rief von Omonia aus an. Die anderen haben den ungarischen Behörden gesagt, das sie auf keine fall nach Griechenland zurück wollen, es wäre da so schlimm wie in Somalia .Dann mussten sie unterschreiben das sie „freiwillig“ nach Somalia fahren werden....
Wir versuchen für sie RA zu organisieren.

Only one publik telefon kabin in a camp? only to call out?
And your friend have no mobile?
Every area has a telefon, it is important to know the number of this telefones in the camps.If you know the number you call, let it ring many times, then sometimes somebody catch the fone and then you say : Please i want to talk to this…..so they know and call the person.
Its important to get the numbers of the publik telefons .
Like this you can make a list of all telefon numbers of all camps
This is our home. A building with 3 flours.
There is a place for basket ball and the people they are free theycan stay here 3 months but some people take negative then they stay one year , two years, also familys. Single guys separaet, single women separate, falilies separate. And tzheir is a house for children to play.
I make 51 pictures. Her are the toilets and to take shjower but its too much dirty the water is too hot or too cold.
This is the flour lot of garbage , this palce we are using for eating.
The people have to keep the plates inside the toilets to use them again.
Every wheer plates.
Look here it is like a prison I don’t know why they put it.
This is inside my room we are 6 persons , here we make litlle bit of food, when they give us the food we are going to prepare it, add some things like onions ,spices and so on so that it tastes. Here we keep our food.
If an undocumented traveller comes to hungary what happens?
Imediately , as soon as you enter the border of hungary ,
(some people think that when they come to Hungary they can pass to Austria) but it is not easy. 95% they can not pass to Austria. Because the police will catch them .
So when we come here we go ourself to the police , because we know the situation: we can not survive from the police.
The police take us to the border and they make interview in the border.
If they catch you in the city they will take you back to the border to make the inetrview.
In that border maybe you stay 24 hours.
They take your fingerprints ask you where you come from, it is very clear from which side you enter if it was from Serbia side , Romania to this border they take you. Then they take you to the asylum office .
Then the police will take you to jail to SZEKES.. you are going to stay there 6 or 7 days,

they will take you to the office of asylum they ask you why you came without documents.
You say : I know I came here to ask for asylum.
Then they say the government forgive you that you came without papers. From that time you are refugee they will then take you to a camp in NYIRBATOR.
It is a closed camp you cannot come out . There you stay maybe three week .
Can you decide if you ask for asylum?
No. they ask you if you have been here before or if you have asylum in another country.
And if you say: I don’t want asylum, I came for work or I am transit?
If you don’t say you want asylum you go to jail for 6 months.
Without asylum more jail.
Maybe they make it so that the people give up and request asylum, I don’t know.
One of my friends, we where together but I requested asylum and came to Nyibator and he is staying there because he did not request .
So I called him and said my friend say: I want asylum!
At last he requested and came out.
You stay in Niyirbator for 3 weeks to make the small interview.
They ask how you come out of your country, where did you pass from? How you arived here. To make sure where are you from.
Then from that they give you paper to Debrecen .
In Debrecen you have to stay for 3 months.
During the three months you are going to make the asylum interview. If your interview is ok and everything is ok and you have a problem they make for you a big interview . It is a very hard interview, a lot of questions if your answers are ok you are going to get the dokuments for 5 years .
If you get recognised from Geneva then you get asylum for 10 years because you have a problem that you can not go back to your country.
If they decide they can send you back to your country in 3-5 years then they give you the 5 years stay. And they tell to you we have anytime the right to take it back from you the 5 years.
With the setlement paper for 5 years you can travell inside the European Union.
Some people get neagtive: no 5 years, no 10 years!
Then you are going to stay a lot of time here maybe one year one year and half, two years in Debrecen. You get a lawyer go to the court .
So when you get your agreement for 5 years or 10 years you will go from Debrecen to Bisce camp.
There you have to stay for 6 months . after that you have to go out. So you are going to request for more 6 months ,then you stay one year.the maximum after that no renual . Then you have to look for haus to stay when you have an adress they gibve you 700 dollar to pay the house if your are studing the language they give you 28.000 …that is 100.-euro a month. They give you a paper that says what your rights are :
that you get half payment of the rent of the house ,
100.- euro a month , but most people don’t get half rent of the house.
In Hungary it is very hard to get a job.
Hungarian People working
When I come down to the city I see the lokal people they are working very hard. All the men they are working , all the women she is working, if I think maybe the one who is aged 70 years he is also working . I don’t know, don’t they have here pension or something?
In other countries you get pension with 62 years but here everybody is working . When you see this people you will become dismoraled, you think: if this old men is working where should you find a job?
So if all the men are working you have no chances to get a job.
The bigger problem the refugees are facing is the housing. If you don’t have a job, who is going to pay the rent of your house?
The government promised you to pay half of the house rent but they have not done. That’s the problem.
What happens to the people who don’t get the 5 years or 10 years?
They stay 1 year or 1 month and then 1 year you look up for your case, get a lawyer.
Some people her are about to be send back to Greece?
My friends with whom I came, they had fingerprints in Greece and then they send them here to another camp and told them they will send them back to Greece because of Dublin . So my friends said: we don’t want to go back to Greece because there you have no chances it is as bad as Somalia!
At the end they had a court made too much interviews and at last they tod them: you can go out now, you have to sign here that you refuse Dublin and that you request to go back to Somalia .
The guys said then: but we did not say that words!
But the police said : you have to sign here that you asked to go back to your country.They signed the papers that they asked to go back but they never asked to go back to their countries.
They refused dublin! And the police
made a false paper and obliged them to sign it.
They said I did not request asylum in Greece, why do you want to send me back to Greece?
And the police said : because you left your fingerprints in Greece!
So they released them and now they are in Debrecen and we don’t know what will be the next situation for them.
You said one of them was send back to Greece? .
Yes there is one guy they send him back to Greece .
They had deported him before from Finnland and has had already red card, he had a fingerprint in Greece, he had fingerprint in Finnland .
They deported him back to Greece with airplane. They take him from Bisca to Athina per plane. He come immediately out from the jail of the aiiprort in athens now he is in omonia.
What do you think about the dublin regulation?
The Dublin regulation is no good. Because maybe you are travelling in the European countries and you are designing to go somewhere you have family. So inside Europe they catch you, they take your fingerprint and they are going to keep you in that area, not as you like or as you are thinking, no! as they want. As europe wants, as Dublin wants.
You don’t have freedom of movement inside europe as you like it.
Maybe somebody is thinking I ilke to go to Sweden, I like to go to Norway. Any country that will catch you they block you there. No furhter more.
So you can not contact your uncle, or even your mother or father you can not go to them. Maybe your parents live in Sweden and you are living in Hungary or in Greece .
So if you try to travel to go to come to see your mother and father and uncle even your wife and your children.. I know some people …now we have an old man in the camp his children live in Sweden so now he is in Hungary, so if he tries to go to them maybe they deport him with Dublin and send him here .
Take him out of his family to send him back because of Dublin.
Even if you are in the camp of Bisce if you want to go to visit your friends your family in other Europe you have to take permission for 2 maximum 3 months.
During this 3 months if you don’t come back or come 15 days later you are not allowed to enter the camp. So you are going to stay in the street.
People returned to Hungaria because of Dublin are also in the camp?
The situation has changed now, before it was different.
We said if you come from the border they bring you to the same border, make an interview, bring you to Nyirbator from ther to Debrecen.
Many people when they come to Debrecen they don’t wait for the interview, they don’t wait for the dokuments. They are walking, walking, walking. They go away from here.
They go austria, italia,france they go to different european countries.so those people who have no paper who made no interview when they catch them in the other countries when they deport them they will face jail. 6 months. But if you hade papers it is no problem you can go out.
